Internet Safety and Staying Safe Online

We’ve had a few parents asking us recently how to manage online safety at home. We wanted to let you know about a great website run by O2 and the NSPCC which is designed to answer all your questions.

It will tell you all about:

Keeping children safe online

How to stop your children seeing inappropriate content

Online bullying

How to keep your children safe from strangers on the internet

There is also a dedicated freephone helpline if you would rather talk to someone.

0808 800 5002

You can even take your tablet, laptop or phone in to the O2 shop where the staff will set up safety filters for free. Please call ahead to book this service. There are stores in Listergate and Clumber St in Nottingham and you can book an appointment at:

We have also put together a hub of resources which you can access at home to assist you in keeping  your child/ren safe online.
