Computing Intent Vision

By the time children leave our school, we want them to be equipped to use technology positively, responsibly and safely in an ever-changing technological world.

Computing Curriculum at Crabtree Farm

At Crabtree Farm we support our teaching of the National Curriculum for Computing, through the use of iCompute. iCompute supports schools teaching of the primary computing curriculum with inspirational, creative, schemes of work with structured, progressive units from EYFS to Year 6. The iCompute Progression document details what the children learn in each year group and how they develop their skills and knowledge during their time in primary school. Have a look to see what your child is learning in computing!

Internet Safety and Staying Safe Online

These resources will tell you all about:

  • Keeping children safe online

  • How to stop your children seeing inappropriate content
