Yesterday we held a whole school event to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. Exciting creative activities were happening across the school with every classroom awash with the colours red, white and blue. It was truly fantastic to see so many smiling faces coming together to mark this very special of occasions.
At lunchtime we all headed out onto the playground for our very own street party where we sat down to eat traditional picnic food prepared by Mrs Kirkbride and her team. This was followed by a Platinum Jubilee Variety Show where we were joined by over 250 parents/carers and friends to witness the amazing talent that Crabtree is famous for.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event happen and for once again providing our children with an experience that they will hopefully remember for a very long time!
